This year I received the πππ ππ±πππ₯π₯ππ§ππ ππ°ππ«π π’π§ ππ¦π¨ππ’π¨π§ππ₯ ππππ₯π’π§π ππππ.
It was a surprise, and Iβm not entirely sure what exactly I did to deserve it.
I know I do a good job as a psychotherapist β and I strive every day to do better: to show up more fully, to listen more deeply, to stay human in the work. 
But I donβt really believe in awards. 
I remain skeptical of the many forms of recognition that circulate nowadays.
Healing is not a competition.
Presence canβt be measured.
And real transformation doesnβt fit neatly into a certificate or a trophy. 
And yetβ¦ my ego feels flattered. 
So Iβll let it enjoy the moment β just for a little whileβ¦ and then return quietly to what truly matters.
